Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so your spot may be filled. Repeated last minute cancellations may affect future booking privileges.

No Show Policy

If you do not show to your appointment and do not reach out within 24 hours, you will be required to pay a deposit before rebooking. If you no show a second time, your deposit will not be refunded and you may be prohibited from booking future appointments.

Grace Period

All appointments have a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive within this period we will continue your appointment and perform what we can in the allotted time. If you are later than 15 minutes, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

Refund Policy

Services and gift certificates are non-refundable.

Contraindications

If you arrive within contraindications such as but not limited to: damaged nail plate, pseudomonas (greenies), or onycolysis (separation of nail plate from nail bed) your service will be adjusted to keep these nails bare and allow them to heal. This means some nails may be left bare. Or, we can reschedule for when your nails are healed. If you arrive with open wounds or signs of infection such as onychomycosis (fungus) you will be denied service and referred to a podiatrist or your PCP. When filling out questionnaires regarding nail/toenail appearance and health, please answer honestly and truthfully so we can avoid service refusal.
